Order and Shipping Policies

  • Order processing times: Please allow for 5 days for your order to be processed. If you have not received a shipping notification after 5 days of placing your order please send an email to info@bymodestine.com with your order number in the subject line.

    During the holiday times we will post deadlines for timely shipments on this page and our social media.

    If supplies for our products, specifically our teas, are discontinued or delayed, products may be discontinued.

  • Domestic and international shipping options: Currently we only offer domestic shipping in the United States of America. If you would like to place an order for international shipping, please send an email request to info@modestinetea.com

  • Shipping costs: Our shipping costs follow FedEx, UPS, and USPS per weight and package size.

  • Local delivery and buy online, pickup in-store: Currently you can only shop our products online, if you would like to purchase products from us in-person you will need to attend a pop-up or market day event in which Modestine is part of. You may also find our products in stores across the US by clicking here.

  • Transparency around returns, changes and cancellations: No returns or cancellations allowed. Once the order has been shipped, the package is the responsibility of your postal carrier (FedEx or USPS), be sure to contact them with your tracking number.
